Located in the heart of the downtown business district and connected to Sypherd’s Cycles, guests will have convenient access to the lovely shops and dining areas Lakeside has to offer.

This cozy cottage is walking distance to the lake. 182 1/2 Sycamore features wireless internet, a washer & dryer, and an enclosed porch. The full bathroom with a shower is located downstairs.

All three bedrooms are UPSTAIRS:
Bedroom #1 has one full sized bed
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds
Bedroom #3 has two twins.

There is one bathroom DOWNSTAIRS:
Bath #1: has one shower

Renters/guests are permitted to bring one pet under 40lbs for a non-refundable $200 deposit. Please note: a cleaning fee is required with each reservation. Upon departure, renters must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware (including emptying the dishwasher, if cottage is equipped), remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center, and fold bedspreads neatly at the foot of the beds.

Cottage Rentals Cancellation Policy: 30% Down payment is nonrefundable and due upon booking of reservation. Remaining balance is due 90 Days from arrival date. If not paid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and 30% down payment will not be refunded. 60 Days to 89 Days from arrival date, if the reservation is Cancelled all monies will be refunded less the original 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $1,400.) 31 Days to 59 Days of arrival date, if reservation is cancelled 50% of monies paid after the 30% down payment. (i.e., $2,000 Full Payment; 30% Down Payment is $600. Cancelled refund is $700.) 30 Days or less if the reservation is Cancelled there will be $0 refunds.
